Nanushka offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to make the process seamless while ensuring our commitment to craftsmanship and circularity remains intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Nanushka packaging or a sturdy alternative box, ensuring all original designer tags and hygiene seals are present.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
